Tom brings over 40 years of marketing and business leadership across solar, technology, and environmental sectors. He founded and ran Schwing/Walsh Advertising, building it into one of the most prominent agencies of its era, and later led sales and marketing at SunEdison and Conergy, two of the most influential names in the early commercial solar market. He founded Schwing Marketing Services in 2019, focused on health, wellness, environmental, and education sectors.

Engineering & Business Development

Connor leads engineering and business development, bringing 12 years of career experience across commercial, residential, and utility-scale solar project development, applied AI, workflow automation, battery storage, and solar finance. He currently serves as Director of Commercial Sales Operations at StraightUp Solar, and previously co-founded Mission Energy as Vice President of Project Development and Financial Analysis, where he originated and modeled commercial portfolios for nonprofit and faith-based offtakers. Prior to Mission Energy, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Energy Experts.
