Active Pipeline & Operations Work (Weeks 3–12): We generate and qualify commercial leads, develop bankable proposals, manage buyer conversations, and coordinate site assessments. In parallel, we implement financial and operational systems identified during onboarding.
Performance Review & Decision (End of Day 90): Comprehensive report showing pipeline value, opportunities advanced, realized savings, and operational improvements. You decide whether to continue on a performance-based model.

FAQs
How different is commercial solar from residential?
1
Commercial leverages your existing installation expertise but adds more sophisticated financing, incentive optimization, utility requirements, and buyer conversations. Our team brings experience across hundreds of closed commercial projects to make the transition smooth and profitable.
What is C-PACE and why do you emphasize it?
2
C-PACE allows up to 100% financing over 15–30 years, repaid through the property tax bill. Our provider relationships give partners a real advantage in closing speed, approval likelihood, and overall project affordability.
Can you explain the SGIP battery program?
3
SGIP offers substantial upfront rebates for battery storage paired with solar, especially in Equity, Resiliency, and HFTD priority zones. We manage the entire application and reservation process—where most installers struggle—to help clients capture these incentives.
What does Business Operations Consulting look like day-to-day?
4
Early on, it typically includes Profit First account setup, cash-flow visibility, a workflow audit, and a 90-day commercial expansion roadmap. Ongoing, it means regular working sessions, milestone check-ins, and accountability support as you execute.
